Ned Timmons
PRESIDENT, founded L.S.S. Consulting in 1991 after 23 years as a sworn law enforcement agent.He served in the U.S. Army assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division; Criminal Investigation Detachment in Korea and after completing his military service joined the Oak Park, Michigan Department of Public Safety where he performed police, fire and rescue duties.
In addition to Public Safety duties, Timmons served 9 years as a member of the South Oakland County, Michigan SWAT Team and several terms as an officer in the Police Officers Association.
He received an appointment to the FBI in 1981 and was assigned to the Detroit Division where he worked on bank robbery, fugitive, organized crime & drug squads. He served nine years on the FBI SWAT Team, acted as liaison to the Ontario Provincial Police and did extensive undercover work nationally and internationally.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hillsdale College and a Masters Degree from Michigan State University and is a Homeland Security Specialist and Certified Fraud Examiner.
