William Dwyer specializes in law enforcement matters and police management. Dwyer completed 23 years with the Detroit Police Department where he held the position of Commander of the Chief’s Staff. Dwyer also served 7 years as head of the Detroit Police Narcotics Division where he accounted for thousands of arrest and millions of dollars in forfeited drug monies. In 1985 Dwyer was hired as Chief of the Farmington Hills Michigan Police Department and served in that position for 21 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University and has graduated from the 97th session of the FBI National Academy.
